Mom's Meatloaf

 

a mix of ground beef, pork and veal  or aask the meat cutter to do it for you. for approx. 2 lbsof meat: liptons beefy onion soup (use both packs)
                              i can stewed tomatoes mushed up
                              progressos' italian bread crumbs use as much as you need to make it soft
                              2 tbsp heinz 57 sauce or any steak sauce
                              1 lg egg
mix it all together and form into to loaves or 1 big one. bake at 350 for approx 40 min and the baste with a mix of steak sauce and brown sugar. cook 5 min or so more. it freezes well.
